Party Packages
Party Package A:1.5 hrs at Dover Yoga Studio. Approx. 50 min. special party class with plenty of music and props, followed by an additional 40 minutes for cake and gifts and/or an add-on craft. We will set up, run the party and clean up so that you can enjoy yourself! Includes exclusive use of the studio for the duration of the party, and the use of all mats, props and music. A plastic ‘floor’cloth, birthday candles, matches and a serving knife are supplied for your convenience. Parents supply food/cake, drinks and paper goods.
$115 for 10 children aged 4-11 yrs, $9 each addt'l child (up to 18).
Party Package B:
Approx. 1 Hour. A special party class with plenty of music, props and fun. Includes exclusive use of the studio for the duration of the class, and the use of all mats, props and music. Continue your celebration at home or at a local restaurant - we have many suggestions...just ask! $85 for up to 10 children aged 4-11 yrs., $7 each addt'l child (up to 18).
Party Package C:
45 min. ChildLight Yoga will come to your home/yard, church or other party location to create a unique celebration for your child. We bring mats, props and music to you. After our special yoga class, continue your celebration at your chosen location. Parents supply paper products, cake, drinks, etc.
$75 up to 8 children, $7 each addt'l child. (Please note: For safety, chosen space must be discussed with/approved by ChildLight Yoga in advance. A travel charge of .40 per mi. will apply for locations more than 5 mi. from Dover Yoga Studio).
Itsy Bitsy Yoga® 1st, 2nd or 3rd Birthday Party:
1.5 Hours. 45 min. special party class with plenty of music and props, followed by an additional 45 minutes for cake and gifts and/or an add-on craft. We will set up, run the party and clean up so that you can enjoy yourself! Includes exclusive use of the studio for the duration of the party, and the use of all mats, props and music. A plastic ‘floor’cloth, birthday candles, matches and a serving knife are supplied for your convenience. Parents supply food/cake, drinks and paper goods.
In-Studio: $115 for up to 8 parent/child pairs, $12 each addt'l pair (up to 12 pairs).
At Your Home/Other Location (45 min. class only): $75 for up to 8 parent/child pairs, $9 each addt'l pair. (Please note: For safety, chosen space must be discussed with/approved by ChildLight Yoga in advance. A travel charge of .40 per mi. will apply for locations more than 5 mi. from Dover Yoga Studio.)
Pajama Yoga Party:
Perfect for sleepovers of any age! This 1 hour event can be hosted at Dover Yoga Studio or in your own home or other chosen location. Dressed in their pajamas, children will enjoy yoga poses, partner work, games and stories, followed by a relaxing visualization to wind down the evening. Can also be the theme for Party Package A - see details and pricing above.
In-Studio: $85 for up to 10 children, $7 each addt'l child (up to 18).
At Your Home/Other Location: $75 for 8 children, $7 each addt'l child (Please note: For safety, chosen space must be approved by ChildLight Yoga in advance. As well, a travel charge of .40 per mi. will apply for locations more than 5 mi. from Dover Yoga Studio.)
Party ADD-ONS
Let us handle everything so that you can sit back and enjoy your child’s special day! To ensure availability, all add-ons should be ordered in advance on the party reservation form.Balloons: One dozen helium balloons in your choice of color/s can be added in any party package for just $20.
Face "Painting" (we use paint markers that wash off easily) is always fun and can be included in any party package for $1 per child when included in regular party time. If you would like addt'l class time added to accomodate this add-on service, the 'extra studio time' fees below will apply. Just let us know in advance so that we can schedule accordingly.
No-Sew Lavender Eye Pillow Craft can be added to any party for an additional $2 per child when included in regular party time. Makes a great take home gift for party attendees! (It's also a recycling lesson!)
Design-Your-Own Party T-shirt: Create a masterpiece using our 100% pre-shrunk cotton t-shirts, ribbon, fabric paint, and more. Many sample ideas, all necessary materials and care directions will be provided. This craft is appropriate for ages 3 and up (3-6yrs. will require parental assistance). Makes a wonderful take away gift your child will be proud of! $8 per child - will most likely require addt'l studio time - please ask when reserving your party.
Food/Cake/Drinks: We can supply cheese pizza and/or cake and juice boxes upon request. Have a brunch-time yoga birthday and we'll supply bagels, cream cheese and fruit. Please call for details.
Special Themes: Create a theme based on your child’s particular interests. We will design a class especially for him/her. After class, the specially-designed lesson plan, including a list of music selections, will be tied with a ribbon and given to your child as your special gift – a unique keepsake and an activity that your child will be able to enjoy and share with his/her siblings and friends, long after the party is over. $25
Special Services: Having a spa party and want a lesson in aromatherapy? Make-up application? Want to include henna artistry, a singing/songwriting lesson? Have an idea of your own? Just ask!
Extra Studio Time: It may be possible to extend your child’s party an additional ½ hour. Please book extra time upon reservation of the party so that we can ensure the studio will be available. $25
IMPORTANT NOTES: The exact number of children attending the party must be called in at least 7 days in advance (14 days if special add-ons are ordered). In the event that some of the children do not show up, you will be responsible for the number reserved. You may arrive at the studio 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party time (if in-studio). You agree to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the party date/time and will include said payment with the (Print Waiver Here for copying). Unfortunately, children without a signed waiver will not be allowed to participate in the party class. Thank you in advance for your understanding. We look forward to celebrating with you!!
