Learn how the practice of yoga can benefit teen and adult students with a range of diagnoses and disorders such as ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorders, Anxiety and Stress disorders, Learning Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, and Downs Syndrome. This course teaches you how to facilitate a group yoga program to naturally draw out individual strengths and to invite your participants to begin to reach their full potential.
Creative Relaxation Yoga Therapy Training - Level 1
Creative Relaxation® yoga therapy may be used with all children, but the emphasis will be teaching those with autism spectrum disorder, Asperger's, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, anxiety, and other special needs. This training is appropriate for educators, therapists, yoga teachers, as well as parents who want to practice yoga with their children.

CARE is a unique program designed to help teachers reduce stress and enliven their teaching by promoting awareness, presence, compassion, reflection, and inspiration - the inner resources they need to help students flourish, socially, emotionally, and academically.
Eat Breathe Thrive™
Yoga, Food & Body Image Intensive with Chelsea Roff. Whether you're a teacher who wants to learn to teach students with eating disorders, a therapist looking to integrate yoga into treatment, or you struggle with food and body image issues personally, this intensive 15-hour program will teach you practical tools for using yoga to overcome food and body image issues on all ends of the spectrum. The Yoga, Food & Body Image Intensive is also the first half of the Eat Breathe Thrive facilitator training; graduates of this workshop are eligible to apply to become facilitators-in-training for the Eat Breathe Thrive™ Community Program (a six-week series, designed to seed community-based networks of support for people to help one another overcome food and body image issues).
