Lisa Flynn, E-RYT 500, RCYT, is founder and CEO of ChildLight Yoga® and Yoga 4 Classrooms®, organizations providing evidence-informed yoga and mindfulness education to children, as well as training for educators and other professionals who support their well-being. She is the author of the Yoga 4 Classrooms Card Deck: Tools for Learning, Lessons for Life (2011); and Yoga for Children: 200+ Yoga Poses, Breathing Exercises, and Meditation for Healthier, Happier, More Resilient Children (Adams Media, 2013) and her work has been featured on TV news programs including Fox News, as well in publications such as Parenting, Yoga Journal, Kiwi, and Yoga Therapy Today. Sally Delisle, E-RYT500, RCYT, YACEP, is the Director and Trainer for ChildLight Yoga Teacher Trainings, as well as a Yoga 4 Classrooms Trainer. She is author/creator of the ChildLight Yoga & Mindfulness Advanced Teaching Concepts Training and manual, Yoga & Mindfulness for Youth Athletes Workshop, and contributor to the ChildLight Yoga & Mindfulness in Schools and Tweens & Teens training manuals. Sally completed her 500 hr yoga certification through The Yoga Loft of Bethlehem, PA where she is currently on faculty of the 200 and 300 hour teacher training programs. She has been sharing yoga and mindfulness practices with children, teens and adults in studio, childcare, preschool, public school, and homeschool settings, as well as teaching athletes, coaches and educators at area universities and school districts, for over 17 years. In addition to holding degrees in both Fine Arts/Dance and Psychology, Sally is a Reiki Master, Doula, and National Board Certified Reflexologist.



Julie Davis has been with ChildLight Yoga since February 2011 and serves as the Operations Manager for ChildLight Yoga and Yoga 4 Classrooms.  Julie lives with her husband, twin boys and daughter in South Berwick, ME.
Michelle James, A.S. Early Childhood Education, NH Early Childhood Master Professional Individual Mentor, MRTQ Level 6 is an experienced, certified ChildLight Yoga Instructor and early childhood educator who has been working with preschool and elementary school aged children and families since 1991. In addition to teaching art and literacy to children and early childhood educators, you can find Michelle sharing developmentally-appropriate, playful and engaging yoga and mindfulness education at ChildLight Yoga Studio where she teaches Peace Baby Yoga, Tots, Little Family, Kids’ Yoga and Mother Daughter Retreats and leads the summer camp and yoga party program. Michelle also joined the ChildLight Yoga office staff in the fall of 2016! She lives in South Berwick, ME with her husband & youngest of 3 children. In her spare time, she enjoys running, playing softball, fishing, camping and visiting her two adult children in TN.
Megan Ridge Morris, E-RYT® 500, RPYT®, YACEP®, CD, is the co-creator of ChildLight Yoga’s Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training (also a Registered Prenatal Yoga School / RPYS) and brings her expertise off the mat as a Certified Doula. In addition, she facilitates the ChildLight Yoga for Babies & Toddlers Teacher Training and also serves as Administrative and Marketing Goddess for the ChildLight Yoga Trainings division. Megan discovered yoga in 2006 as an acting intern after graduating from Bloomsburg University with a degree in Theatre Arts. She's been studying yoga for over a decade and teaching as a full-time, professional yoga teacher since 2008. Megan completed a 500-hour teacher training through The Yoga Loft of Bethlehem and has been a co-teacher of their 200-hour teacher training program since 2009. She specializes in teaching yoga to beginners, expecting moms, babies and toddlers. She lives in Bethlehem, PA with her husband and toddler. 

Jennifer Mueller, MA, E-RYT, RCYT, has been teaching yoga students of all ages since 2008 and directs a children's and family yoga program in Washington DC. In addition to being a Trainer for ChildLight Yoga® and Yoga 4 Classrooms®, Jen holds a variety of children’s yoga certifications. She is also a prenatal yoga instructor, childbirth educator, a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM) through Infant Massage USA, and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Jen completed her adult yoga teacher training at Willow Street Yoga in Takoma Park, MD and her prenatal training with Janet Caulfield of Urban Yoga. She founded Breathing Space to create a hub for family yoga in Washington DC and to share her enthusiasm for developmentally appropriate poses, games, and songs with yogis of all ages and hopes to offer her students freedom she finds in yoga. Prior to teaching yoga full time, Jen spent more than a decade in non-profit administration and advocacy communications. Meg Durkin, MS, E-RYT, RCYT is a ChildLight Yoga® and Yoga 4 Classrooms® Trainer, and founder of Yoga Magic 4 Kids. Meg is the coauthor of the ChildLight Yoga & Mindfulness in Schools Teacher Training manual and writes articles on the topic of yoga and mindfulness for children and in schools for local media outlets. She works extensively with educators, parents and children promoting stress reduction, healthy nutrition, movement and mindfulness at a young age as a foundation for success at home, school and in life. In addition to being a registered adult and child yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance, Meg has studied MBSR in Mind-Body Medicine with Jon Kabat-Zinn and is also a certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She holds a BA from Middlebury College and a Master in Library and Information Science from Simmons College. Ann Biese, RYT 500, E-RYT 200, is an international Yoga Instructor and Teacher Trainer for ChildLight Yoga. Integrating her education with ChildLight Yoga, pre/postnatal yoga and Pilates, Ann aims to apply the principles of yoga and breathwork to everyday life. In between teaching yoga/barre/cycle at various studios, facilitating ChildLight Yoga & Mindfulness for Tweens and Teens trainings, and traveling with non-profit organizations to work with children and teens, Ann also enjoys volunteering as an instructor for Go Give Yoga in Haiti and in Boston area homeless shelters. She was featured in North Shore Magazine for her work  in Massachusetts.  Ann's daughter Lauren is also a RYT 200 certified teacher and is active, along with Ann, in yoga and related volunteer activities. Rochelle Jewell, E-RYT, C-IAYT is an International Association of Yoga Therapists certified yoga therapist, Kripalu Certified Yoga teacher and personal trainer with 20 years of experience serving others through yoga. She is dedicated to sharing with individuals of all abilities, including survivors of trauma and those who have been diagnosed with a variety of disabilities. Rochelle is author/co-creator of the ChildLight Yoga & Mindfulness for Children and Teens with Special Needs Training, the Trauma Informed Yoga & Mindfulness for Children Workshop and the founder of My OmAbilities Yoga. Rochelle was a 2016 Fellow with the NH LEND Program, which included 300 hours of graduate level, interdisciplinary, leadership training in developmental disabilities. She is founder and president of SATYA: Seacoast Area Teachers of Yoga in Action, a 501c3, which brings yoga to at-risk and vulnerable populations. Rochelle works with students and families in private settings and leads group classes for children, teens and adults with specific needs. Rochelle is passionate about making yoga accessible to all, meeting her students where they are and providing tools which allow them to thrive.
Colleen Smith, RYT 200, RCYT, BS, MS, CAS,  ChildLight Yoga and Yoga 4 Classrooms Trainer, has been teaching yoga to kids in the Syracuse, NY area for 16 years. Colleen decided to further her education by enrolling in ChildLight Yoga’s 95 hour Children’s Yoga School (RCYS) after previously training with Radiant Child Yoga and YogaKids. In 2014 she launched her company, BeLive Yoga. Colleen also has a MS and CAS in School Counseling and worked as an Elementary School Counselor in an inner city school district in Virginia for several years. Currently, Colleen is teaching yoga and mindfulness to kids in several school districts, preschools and studios. In addition, she enjoys teaching family yoga classes where she can get families excited about doing yoga together. When not sharing or practicing yoga, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering.
Deneen Bernier, RYT-200, RCYT, has been working with youth since 1995, focusing on children’s yoga and nature connection since 2008. Her greatest passions in nurturing young people are in building relationships to self, others and the surrounding environment; connecting to nature through sensory experiences; accompanied by intentional living with mindful health and wellness. Deneen utilizes a holistic approach, guiding students in finding their gifts and a way of life that keeps them healthy and resilient through the use of yoga, stories, nature education, exploration and play. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family; making wild plant medicine, jewelry & music; trail running or practicing yoga in the fields, forests and beaches near her home in Wells, Maine.
Rachel Hunt, RYT-200, began practicing yoga in college as a way to balance out her active lifestyle. Amazed by the benefits that yoga had on both her body and mind, she continued on to become a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She began teaching at many different studios and gyms in the Boston area and continued teaching after her move to Seacoast, New Hampshire. When Rachel was pregnant with her son, she decided to become certified in prenatal yoga. She felt like it was also the best birth education she had received and loves to share her experience with other expecting mothers. She is constantly continuing her yoga education by taking a variety of master classes and workshops which include: yoga for athletes, yoga adjust and assist, and yoga anatomy and alignment. Her classes are open to all levels and focus on strength, balance, mobility, and breath. Rachel is available for group and private instruction.
