Bring Your Baby Yoga

For moms who are at least 6 weeks postpartum and pre-crawling babies

bring your baby yoga_copyNurture yourself while caring for your baby. Bring Your Baby Yoga focuses on the caregiver with the flexibility of caring for your baby throughout the class. These classes have their own special rhythm, we are all parents, so soothing crying babies, changing diapers, and feeding baby in class is the norm.

This class is designed for ALL mamas who are at least 6 weeks postpartum and appropriate until baby is crawling. No prior yoga experience required.

Bring Your Baby Yoga is a safe place to explore your postpartum body and connect with other new moms.

Benefits for moms:

* Rebuild strength in the physical body – abdominal and pelvic floor strengthening

* Soothe common aches of new parenthood – neck, shoulders and lower back

* Rejuvenate your energy through breath guided postures

* A warm, supportive community — essential during the postpartum period!

What to Bring/Wear:

Please bring a yoga mat, extra blanket for your baby to lie or sit on, and a small toy. Dress yourself comfortably for movement.

What you're saying:

"Meeting other moms who love to do yoga! Got me out of the house with my new baby.  A welcoming gently space to practice yoga and be a mom at the same time." ~ Elyse H.
