A yoga-based adventure for the whole family. ages 5-100.
Our popular family yoga retreat is designed to bring busy families together! Individual and partner/group work offer opportunities for strengthening family bonds while promoting individual and partner yoga practices, self-growth. Activities will vary for each retreat but may involve individual and partner yoga practices, self-care / restorative practices, breathwork, themed discussions, games and trust-building exercises, art, journaling... and much more! Come away with a perspective of each other and many healthy, practical and peaceful ideas to practice at home, together. No yoga experience necessary.
Each retreat will focus on a different theme such as peace, truthfulness, or balance and moderation, representing yoga's universal principles of living mindfully in the world. Students will led in activities designed to provide practice and understanding theme of the day.
What to Bring / Wear:
It is recommended that you bring your own yoga mat to prevent the spread of germs, as well as a water bottle with a spouted lid. Note that we do have public mats available for use and some also for sale for as little as $10. Dress for movement.
