Yoga NH Teacher Training
200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Program

Yoga NH

Yoga NH is proud to announce an upcoming 200-hour Teacher Training/Develop Your Practice Program to be held at ChildLight Yoga in Dover, NH beginning January 2016.

The Yoga NH Program has been in existence for 10 years and is the only Yoga Teacher Training Program that has 6 programs running across the state of NH.

There will be an Information Session with Maureen Miller (Director of the Program, state-wide) and Christi Trabucco (Empower Yoga Center Owner, Portsmouth and Yoga NH Program Director for the Seacoast).  Please join us and explore your interest in teaching and/or taking your personal practice to the next level.

Foundation of the program:

The 8-limbed path of Yoga is a yogic system that can have a profound impact on the choices we make, how we act and react to circumstances and people in our lives and it has the possibility to transform our lives on and off the mat.  We hope that you will consider joining the program and joining over 220 students who have graduated from the Yoga NH Teacher Training/Develop Your Practice Program and have gone on to live their lives with increased awareness.  Some graduates teach yoga, some have opened yoga studios, and all of them feel a sense of community and purpose after having completed the 200-hour program – living more mindfully, with intention and curiosity, and learning to find balance in their lives, to trust their intuition, to go with the flow, and discovering what feeds their soul.

She leads trainings (the Yoga NH Teacher Training/Develop Your Practice – TT/DYP – is in its 10th year), workshops, and e-courses focusing on philosophy, personal development, human flourishing, Yoga, Reiki, and other topics to assist others on their journey toward determining what feeds their soul. Maureen is also the leader of the Living Life, Making Choices online community with over 600,000 Facebook ‘fans’ – a community of people inspired by quotes and photos posted with the intention to contribute to helping others find balance, learn to trust their intuition, become more comfortable with going with the flow and to assist them with discovering what feeds their soul.
