Peace Baby Yoga is divided among time spent in gentle postnatal asana (yoga postures) for Mom and beneficial yoga and infant massage for baby. Baby Yoga!Tot Itsy Bitsy Yoga® (For babies crawling to 2 yrs w/caregiver)
Itsy Bitsy Yoga® for Tots is a supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class. As tot’s mobility increases, classes offer tot-centric poses that encourage and support their physical explorations. Women With ChildrenLittle Family Yoga (For children 2-4 yrs w/caregiver)
Little Family Yoga combines unique preschooler-friendly yoga poses with songs, stories, and games to create an enriching parent/child activity. Each class is personalized around preschoolers' curiosities as they learn yoga though social interaction, repetition, and play. READ MORE >

My OmAbilities Yoga for Kids with Autism & other Special Needs (K-5 or 5-8)

My OmAbilities Yoga for Kids is an accessible program designed to meet each child exactly where he or she is. Students living with Autism, ASD, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy as well as many other diagnoses are welcome in the class. We will practice yoga, incorporating gentle movement and breathing exercises to improve motor skills, facilitate relaxation, improve focus, reduce anxiety and encourage self regulation. READ MORE >
