Little Family Yoga combines unique preschooler-friendly yoga poses with songs, stories, and games to create an enriching parent/child activity. Each class is personalized around preschoolers' curiosities as they learn yoga though social interaction, repetition, and play. Children ages 2-4 years also learn how to relieve frustration, improve motor skills, and increase attention span by actively following directions. Help your child build the foundation for a healthy and fit lifestyle while having fun! No yoga experience is required. In Little Family Yoga class, younger siblings are welcome to come to class too! Finally, a program suitable for more than one child in a family.
