Peace Baby Yoga is divided among time spent in gentle postnatal asana (yoga postures) for Mom and beneficial yoga and infant massage for baby. Through gentle guided movement, massage and song, parents will bond with their infant while encouraging emotional and physical development. New moms will also be introduced to techniques for calming an anxious baby, improving sleep, colic, hiccups, constipation, diarrhea, and teething irritability. Guided group discussions will lead to further understanding of baby’s development while building a supportive community. At the end of class, enjoy a peaceful relaxation with your baby while being treated to massage to the head and neck. No prior yoga experience required.
