As the Seacoast area’s first and only kids and family yoga studio, ChildLight Yoga has been offering yoga-based classes, retreats, camps and birthday parties for moms to be, baby, toddler, kids, teens and families since 2005. Come join our community!

prenatalcroppedPrenatal Yoga 
Feel good, safe, connected and at home in your ever changing body, and build a support community of women in similar stages of the birthing process. Open to women in any stage of pregnancy. All levels. 







Peace Baby with GinaPeace Baby Yoga
Peace Baby Yoga is a wonderful "Mommy & Me" experience focusing on nurturing both the parent and child. The class sessions are divided among time spent on gentle yoga postures for Mom. For pre-crawling babies (6 weeks minimum) and their mothers or primary caregivers.

Focuses on the caregiver with the flexibility of caring for your baby throughout the class. These classes have their own special rhythm. Soothing crying babies, changing diapers, and feeding baby in class is the norm. For moms who are at least six weeks postpartum and pre-crawling babies.





itsybitsyyogaTot Yoga
A supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class. As tot’s mobility increases, classes offer tot-centric poses that encourage and support their physical explorations. Toddlers become more confident in their moving bodies as they practice yoga both in and out of class. For babies and toddlers who are crawling through 24 months old with a caregiver.






littlefamilyLittle Family Yoga
Combines unique preschooler-friendly yoga poses with songs, stories, and games to create an enriching parent/child activity. Each class is personalized around preschoolers' curiosities as they learn yoga though social interaction, repetition, and play. For children ages 2-4 years, with caregiver/s. Siblings welcome.





kids yoga and mindfulnessYoga & Mindfulness Adventures for Kids
In this fun and engaging program, children will stretch, move and grow physically, socially and emotionally as they learn to connect within as well as with others, while having a ton of fun. For children ages 5 - 8.






GirlPowerment Pic 2018GirlPowerment Yoga & Mindfulness
Girls 9-12 years old get EMPOWERED during this uplifting and inspiring class experience! Girls will develop physical and emotional strength and a strong sense of self through the practice of yoga and mindfulness-infused activities, discussions and projects focused on self-reflection, self-care, body image and the influence of media and more.

Founded by Lisa Flynn of ChildLight Yoga and facilitated by the Seacoast Area of Teachers of Yoga in Action (SATYA), The Teen Yoga Network is a group of seacoast yoga studios offering free or reduced fee classes for teenagers in order to make yoga for accessible to all.
